Loading Dock Information

The freight elevator and loading dock are available for scheduled deliveries at anytime Monday through Sunday.  The Building Office must be notified, at least 48 hours in advance, of scheduled deliveries to reserve the loading dock.  The Access permit form must be completed and sent to the Building Office along with a valid certificate of insurance prior to scheduled delivery.

The height of the freight elevator is 8.3’, the width is 6’4”and the depth is 6’9”.

The height of the loading dock is 13'8", the width is 23' and the length is 40'.  Semi-truck access is possible and the driver must provide guidance assistance.  The dock has no lift; therefore trucks need a lift to transfer product to the loading dock.
